There aren't too many, any that I know of to be accurate, artist offering free adult assets. If you want sprites or tilesets tailored for adult content you're either going to have to make them yourself or commission them. Nevertheless, while there are tons of free resources available, resources of the "adult" nature aren't likely to be free.
